Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled time, we will refund 50% of the rental fee. Unfortunately, if you need to make any reservation changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation time, we cannot provide a refund. This cancellation policy applies to all types of payments, including when the reservation is paid using pre-paid hours from the client’s account. Refunds take about 5 business days to arrive in your bank account, which depends on your bank, but quite often people can see the refund in the next 1-2 days.
